Refund Policy

Due to the nature of design services, custom orders and online products, once payment is made Designer is unable to process refunds.

Payment for the initial consultation is required at least 2 business days prior to consultation. If payment is not received, designer may cancel the consultation, and client will be required to reschedule. Once payment is made, designer is unable to process refunds. A 24 hour notice to required to reschedule the consultation should a need arise.

Fulfillment Policy

A 100% deposit is required to order any product from AIH. No product shall be ordered by AIH until the product purchase has been approved and prepaid by the client. Communication and payment by the client is paramount and should the client delay in providing their decision and/or payment, AIH cannot guarantee the availability of product.

Once an item has been agreed to by the client, ordered and received by AIH, dependent on the suppliers’ return policies, unless the product is damaged, it may be non-refundable or valid for an exchange only. If a product is eligible for return by the originating vendor, the client will be responsible for any re-stocking charges, including reimbursement of any shipping, duty and brokerage charges incurred. AIH shall take responsibility for rectifying any product ordered by AIH that is received damaged, either by repair or full replacement.

Should circumstances arise that the client or a trade purchases products that AIH have sourced and specified, AIH is not responsible for the tracking of or for the delivery of said items. AIH holds no responsibility if the quantity received is insufficient or if the quality of items does not stand up to expectations, for example dye lot differs, damaged or flawed items, etc.

All products sourced via our ‘trade only’ suppliers are shipped to and consolidated at one of AIH's warehouses and all product prices quoted are F.O.B. (Freight on board) our warehouse. AIH uses a white-glove delivery service, which will deliver, set-up and remove and dispose of all packaging. The delivery costs are the responsibility of the client and included in final billing, if a guaranteed price for shipping has not been confirmed at the time of placing your orders.
