As the year-end approaches, I like to reflect on the incredible projects I’ve had the honor to work on. From multiple room remodels to adding personalized touches, such as customized furniture and window treatments, I’ve loved creating unique spaces that my clients will love and feel comfortable in. So come along as we revisit all of our design projects from 2023, including some incredible before-and-after transformations you do not want to miss!
My main goal as an Interior Designer is to provide my clients with functional solutions so they love their home again.
Throughout my Design Process, I guide my clients in creating beautiful yet comfortable spaces that reflect their personalities and lifestyles.
This year, I had the opportunity to work on the five following projects, some of which we will reveal in the new year:

In our
Refined Casual Living Project, we had the opportunity to transform five spaces on the main floor: Living, Entry, Family, Dining, Mudroom, and Office Design.
We loved having the chance to do multiple rooms, which allowed us
to create a cohesive design throughout the home .
During our Design Consultation, we noticed that this home lacked personality and character; plus, it had mismatched elements in each room and didn’t feel like home to my clients. Their main request was to create a teen and pet-friendly, comfy space.
We tackled this goal by adding built-in storage, wallpaper, paint, lighting, all-new furnishings, and custom window treatments. Ultimately, all that initial chaos turned into a perfect harmony of elements that makes my clients feel like they’re home!
Take a look at the before and after of this transformation.

If there’s something you have to love about design, it is the ability to
transform a room in your home that reflects your personality. My clients are a busy family with small children. Not only was their previous room non-inviting, but it didn't feel like home for them, and they wanted a home that reminded them of their favorite vacation spot on the coast. Not to mention, there was a serious lack of storage.
Our solution was to create a built-in unit, including a fireplace, and update all furnishings, including beautiful custom window treatments. I loved providing my clients with a family-friendly space to create unique memories and have an inviting home for entertaining friends and family!

As kids grow, so should their rooms. We decided to create a modern yet serene space for our youngest client. Starting with Upward,
Sherwin William’s 2024 Color of the Year, as inspiration for this remodel, we created the perfect space for this tween girl.
Stay tuned to our blog and Instagram, as we’ll share the final photos for this project soon! In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek of the room on install day and the inspiration I gathered for the mood board.
Before and After:
Our client reached out to remodel their primary bedroom and bathroom. The space is beautiful, and the bathroom is spacious, but the cabinetry and tile were outdated, so we decided to make some changes to add a touch of luxury to this space. The main goal was to make this place a haven of relaxation and modernize the look of these rooms while keeping it classic.

One of the most remarkable projects I worked on this year is my own home’s living room. This space provided the opportunity to create something truly unique to me. It is currently my favorite spot in my home as it features many of my favorite design elements.
As I always say,
lighting can either make or break a room, and this one is truly makes a statement.
Among my favorites are the chandelier, the color blue, abstract artwork, and of course, the built-ins. We just photographed this room yesterday. I love the whole outcome and cannot wait to share all the details with you soon!
